From February 23 to March 6, 2022 On the Symphony of the Seas, Royal Caribbean

Group cruise with a tour leader

Lose yourself in the tones of Calypso steel drums and the majesty of Mayan ruins. Set sail on a Caribbean cruise and discover the cliff-diving, breeze-swaying, sand-between-your-toes, no-worries pace of island life. Hundreds of years of history have left jungle ruins from ancient times and vibrant colonial towns with brightly painted buildings reflecting a fascinating history.

A cruise is a wonderful family vacation, where the parents and the kids can enjoy every moment, surrounded by breathtaking islands with white sand beaches and turquoise waters.

DAY 3: COZUMEL (MEXICO)

Discover the city of San Miguel and its Mayan ruins, go swimming with dolphins, have fun at Xcaret, an amusement park offering a tropical aquarium, underground pools and canals, a Mayan village … or go to the reserve ecological Faro Celerain, in the heart of lagoons and mangroves.

DAY 4: ROATAN (HONDURAS)

Largely untouched, Roatán is known for its barrier reef, fishing and diving cultures. The island offers easy access to beautiful beaches and its coral reef, a sanctuary for snorkelers and divers exploring the bounty of its marine life.

You can also explore the picturesque fishing villages of Punta Gorda, with its Garifuna people, descendants of island Caribs and African slaves, and Oak Ridge, a village on stilts only accessible by boat.

Day 5 – Puerto Costa Maya (Mexico)

Discover the town of Mahahual, rebuilt after Hurricane David 2007 or meet the fishermen of the town of Xcalak. If you stop for only one ancient site in the Río Bec area, Kohunlich is your best excursion choice.

Day 7 – CocoBay (Bahamas)

This isn’t vacation days spent. This is bragging rights earned. Conquer the tallest waterslide in North America and snap a shot from up to 450 feet up in a helium balloon. Grab a drink at the swim-up bar and soak up the scene in the largest freshwater pool in The Bahamas. Or get a taste of Bora Bora with your own Floating Cabana.

Bye bye group diner.
